Our on-site psychologist Maida Kanwal is a fully Registered General Psychologist with a passion for working with individuals from Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds and across all age groups. With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, sessions are fully bulk-billed at our clinic.

Not always. The Care Plan unlocks the bulk-billed Medicare sessions. If you'd prefer to see Maida privately (without a referral), private fees apply — contact reception for current rates.
Initial assessments are 60–90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 50–60 minutes.
Absolutely. Psychology is a confidential service. Information is shared only with your GP for continuity of care, never with employers or insurers without your explicit written consent.
