Working with the centre of excellence for sexual healthcare. Our doctors and nurses have extensive sexual health training with expert staff at Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC). This service is part of a Victorian government initiative to increase sexual health services across Melbourne.
All consultations are bulk billed for Medicare card holders, completely confidential, and delivered without judgement — including for LGBTQIA+ patients.
Appointments can be made for both face-to-face consultations and Telehealth services, providing flexible options to suit your needs.
MSHC offers a free counselling service available to all clients. Appointments can be conducted either via Telehealth or face-to-face, depending on your preference.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is a leading cause of serious lower-respiratory illness in older adults and infants. Cranbourne West Medical Centre is now offering fully funded RSV vaccines for the two highest-risk groups.

Yes. We have reverted to 100% bulk billing for all GP consults at the clinic, for any patient with a valid Medicare card. Procedures, dressings, allied health services, vaccines, travel medicine and certain reports may incur a small private fee — our reception team will let you know in advance. Non-Medicare patients are charged $70 weekdays / $80 weekends.
We are an accredited Sexual Health In Practice (SHIP) clinic working with Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC). Our SHIP-trained doctors and nurses provide bulk-billed STI screening and treatment (including for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis and Genital warts), contraception advice, PrEP and PEP prescribing, and gender-affirming hormone therapy via Nurse Practitioner Daniel Sankar under the informed consent model.

Our female GPs include Dr Sumudu Udapitiya (FRACGP, DRANZCOG), Dr Zunaira Javed (FRACGP, DRCOG, MRCP) and our newest GP Dr Sree — Dr Sreevidyalakshmi Kumaravelu (MBBS, FRACGP), with 15+ years of international experience across India, Malaysia and Australia. You can request a female doctor when booking online via HotDoc or by calling reception.
Between our team we speak English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Sinhala, Malayalam, Tamil, Mandarin and Cantonese. Let reception know your preference when booking and we will match you with a clinician.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Closed on public holidays. On-site pathology operates Monday–Friday 9 AM – 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM – 12 PM.

To respect every patient's time, we apply the following fees: $50 FTA fee for GP appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice (or no-show) $100 cancellation fee for allied health, procedures and longer appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (or no-show) Visiting specialists charge their full fee — reception will explain at booking Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
