We do not bill directly to NDIS. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients are welcome — we charge our standard private fee and you submit your invoice to the NDIS for reimbursement.

Clinical Pilates is one-on-one with a physiotherapist using rehabilitation exercises. Gym Pilates is group-based fitness — both are valuable but for different purposes.
