From booking to follow-up — in four steps

30-minute slot needed. Bring photo ID for chain-of-custody integrity.

Identification verified
Photo ID confirmed, paperwork started, sample collection prepared.

Supervised collection
Trained nurse supervises the sample collection per AS/NZS standards.

Lab confirmation
Sample sent to ACL for confirmatory testing if positive. Results 3–5 days.

Do I need a referral?
Not always — workplace, court or self-referred testing all welcome. Just call ahead.
Will my results be sent to me?
Results go to the requesting party (employer/court). You can request a copy yourself.
How much does it cost?
$150 flat fee for a standard urine drug screen. Confirmatory testing (if required) is included at no additional cost.
Will my visit be confidential?
Self-referred and personal-monitoring tests are completely confidential. Workplace and court tests have specific reporting requirements you'll be informed about.
